Joyce Allard

The Floyd Walker Incredible Volunteer of the Year Award is presented to a KC IABC member whose work for the chapter has gone much further than most. The award is meant to honor and remind us of the late Floyd Walker, who was Mr. IABC for many years back in the 70s and 80s. Floyd’s outsized level of energy, his incredible laugh and his dedication to his fellow members were legendary.
